Credit Card Advice?

Hello all,

A spot in my wallet is going to be opening up as i am going to cancel my first ever credit card (Capital one secured that wont increase above a $750 limit). I was just wondering what card everyone recommends for rewards. My current cards are:

Amex Gold

Amex BCE

Chase Saphire Preffered

Wells Fargo Rewards

NCSECU

Wanted to see if there was another card out there similar to the Chase. That is definetely my favorite card! TIA!

Re: Credit Card Advice?

Sounds like you want advise on another point/travel card....If you have not already churned the Venture and Barclay Arrival + there are those but only for the sign up bonus.

Otherwise, it looks like you could use a cashback card. USAA Limitless (2.5%) if you are a USAA member; Citi Double Cash(2%) or PenFed Power Cash Rewards (2% if military/or have PenFed checking).

Re: Credit Card Advice?

If you're looking for a card that is similar to the CSP, the Citi TY Premier is a pretty close parallel.

Re: Credit Card Advice?

Hmm CITI Cash Back sounds promising. Any other suggestions? I am not a USAA member. (The Saphire is really thick and high quality, are the CITI cash back cards comparable?)

Re: Credit Card Advice?

From what im seeing it looks like the chase freedom unlimited has the best cash back option. Even better than the citi one

Only if you have a banking relationship with them. Otherwise, not the best cash back card out there.
