Brief jump from the garden...

After 10 wonderful months of no apps I have voluntarily taken a HP for the purpose of refinancing my mortgage.
bye bye pretty gold spade...

I'll just replant this little seedling over by LS and we'll stay strong together.  No new credit cards, no new credit for anything else for a while.

on a brighter note?  when they pulled my 3 scores for the app, 2 out of the 3 started with that odd looking number 7 ... I haven't been in the 700s for so long I forgot what it looked like!  (702, 708 and the middle one was 682)  ... so that is progress in MY book!!!

Back in the garden!

Re: Brief jump from the garden...

Not to be picky, but wouldn't your middle number be 702?

Congrats on the refi and the scores

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
