Anytime!  I LOVE my Macy's card, it really does grow with you.  They do tend to give out low credit limits intially, but once you establish a good payment history with them, they will reward you  Smiley Happy  They just ugraded my card to their Platimum card!

What bank backs the Macy's card?

Macy's (and Bloomingdales) are issued by DSNB, which I'm pretty sure stands for Department Store National Bank, which is serviced by Citi.

So think of it as a Citi card, but administered on a daily basis by a different group.

My Sams card got me through some tough times.  Started at $300 and now is $4100.  Lots of uses including a quick $60 cash which counts as a purchase only.
