2015, the year of the Gmood
Lol..Joe I was a busy man back then. Made up for all those years I went without credit.
I believe the PayPal was also in 2015 and another QS that missing. Ha ha
I've slowed down a lot. No doom and gloom from having them all though as some preach here. Credit/ AAoA is rock solid regardless of my FICO score.
Sure, I'll give it a go!

May I ask why you closed your PenFed cards? Just curious as I am about to close mine as well.
2007 - Barclays Frontier (SD)
2011 - Capital One Platinum (Closed)
2013 - Citi TY (Downgraded to Preferred and SD)
2014 - Chase MP Explorer (Switched to Club in 2016)
2014 - Macy's (SD)
2016 - CSR
I went a bit crazy in 2014, but since I don't plan on any new cards for the foreseeable future I'll have time to trim things back down.

Hey Dad, why you gonna close your PF cards? If i see one more score going backward i may do the same
I have a Promise card that has a current interest rate of 7.49% through next month and then it will reprice in October at 10.9%. The Promise card offers no rewards so it just sits in my sock drawer. Considering my BofA cards have APRs of 9.24 % variable (BBR) and 9.9% fixed (Cash Rewards) and both offer rewards, it is hard to justify a card that just sits there and has a higher APR. Granted, I do not pay interest but its the principle of the matter LOL.
If PenFed would allow me to PC to another card without establishing a new trade line (with a new opening date) and lower the APR I would be interested; but PenFed doesn't work that way. Overall, I am not as happy with PenFed as I was a few years ago. Either they are slightly declining or NFCU has just spoiled me.
He probably did what I did. Closed them and moved the limits to the Penfed card he uses the most.
