Received my first statement today had purchases of $775 and only earned $6.78 in cashback according to them, this is bull check your statements you may be getting stuffed as well, the reward structure right on the statement is 3% at "Beaver" assoc stores, 2% gas/groceries and 1% on all other purchases. Using their own structure it should have been a mimimum of $7.75, customer service will be getting an earful from me and if they dont want their phones jammed again with angry customers I suggest (if they are listening) that they get their s**t together very quickly.

Were any of the charges made near the end of the cycle?   Many cards have some of this issue with bonus processing, e.g. if you meet the CSP qualifying amount too late in the month, although all charges appear on the statement, you do not receive the bonus until the following statement.  Wonder whether a similar thing could be true here.

What do the T&Cs say?  Often there is language that points will appear with 8 weeks or something, if so they have wiggle room!

Re: CASHBACK WARNING: To all OCCU Beaver/Duck Cardholders

Occu is a mess it seems. They have a thousand or so cards they refuse to allow customers to use. It's not a huge number. If it's $5 to replace these cards wouldn't they have spent the $5000 to take care of their customers? It's been going in three weeks. They can't keep their story straight per reports here.

The statement of financial condition for December 2013 is due this week. I wonder if some of the speculation was right.

Compromised event or we just can't let you access those credit lines right now. Notice nobody is getting new approvals either.

A joke of a CU, this is what I get back this morning: " We are sorry, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Please call our customer service department at (855) 755-6423."  I will sit and contemplate my next move I can assure you it will not be making a phone call.

Re: CASHBACK WARNING: To all OCCU Beaver/Duck Cardholders

Sorry, gdale6, I had a sinking feeling that was going to be their response.

So, apparently, they don't respond to secure messages.

Their FB page indicates they are revamping their website, but I don't know if it's just for their members, or what.

I haven't used my card since end of Dec, charges went through and it's paid (so don't know if it's held for review now, I haven't tested it ), and thought about trying a test by using it on their own Beaver store, but it's now too close to statement date for me, so might try at end of the month.

+1 this has been the case with Discover cash back for me as well.

Your missing rewards, if the purchases qualified, will probably show up on the next statement.

I believe this may be the case after examining the statement, 2 charges posted minutes prior to stmt cut, my next move is to wait till next month and see if it credits. I have not had a problem with Discover posting rewards to match the stmt though I have heard of what you say from others in the past. I will at this time give OCCU the benefit of the doubt, now that I know stmt cycle date the card of course will not be used several days prior to its cut so the balance can  be  paid.
