CC debt ratio calculator

Is there a link to a calculator where I can figure out my credit line to debt percentage?  I have a $14000 credit card credit line and owe about $3700. I'm trying to figure out the ratio as I would like to get in the magic number of under 9%.

Right now, you are at 26%. Just take what you owe divided by your CL.
