Thanks for the update @OutOfBK.

 I don't have this particular card, but it's definitely a plus to upgrade select cardholders and capture additional revenue streams by expanding the PLCC to a [MC] network. I wonder if the MC would be available for new applications around Feb/Mar 🤔  Though, on a similar track and if the rumors come to fruition, I'm hoping that Capital One eventually upgrades those of us with Kohl's CCs.

@OutOfBK Thank you for posting this info. I got the same email this morning at 3am stating my account is also being converted to MasterCard when my statement cuts in March. Also 24.99%. I am so glad they are converting me and rolling this out... it's my oldest account

I know this is late reply. But just recieved a email out of the blue that my new card is in the Mail. So after reading the previous posts I checked my emails. Jan 6 2023 I recieved the Changes to Account Email but not being converted to Mastercard yet it was informing me of interest rate and late payments changing from 30$ to 49$.

I haven't used the card in 2 years I Bought a Battery paid it off when statement came in last November 136.28$. Haven't used it since. Emails go to my junk email so this email of new card caught my eye when it showed up in main email lol. 

So I'm assuming I'm getting a nice shiny new bookmark, would have liked the Mastercard better could have been more useful especially since they even raised my limit after buying that battery apparently from 2200 to 6650.. 

Just add it to utl pile I guess not good for much else other than adding kids as AU for them to start building credit.
