CITI CLI

I have had an Citi Simplicity card for just about 6 months. I applied for a 1500.00 CLI online, my CL is 3500.00. My balance was 400.00 when i applied. They sent me an e-mail message saying they will respond to me soon. That was a week ago. I have never been late on a payment. My scores range from 685 to 731. My utilization is below 20%. Was it too soon to apply or should i have just waited. Does anybody know how Citi is on giving CLI. Thanks.

Income potential seems like it may be the only concern here I would give them a ring
