Instantaneously shot down. "Your balance is high on one or more of your accounts with us, compared to the total credit limit." I have a couple 0% BT cards that are high util, but nothing to crazy. Oh well.

OK I got It, let me know how it works out.

They told me the same thing, Your balance is high on one or more of your accounts with us"  I PIFed the next month and let the payment post, then tried the magic button again and I got declined due to inactivity...lol.  I then called CS and asked them about it, I was like, what do I have to do to get a CLI..I get the high balance NO and then I get the inactivity NO.  They then said they would review and to check back in 4 hours...I signed into my account 30 minutes later and the CLI was there.

I will prob call in tomorrow and see if I can get anywhere. High balance to limit, YEAH that why I want the CLI!!!!

They will tell you to pay it down first. IMO.  You might want to wait a month before you try again, at least that's what the CSR there told me. I kept clicking the button to read the letter and I ended up getting a STACK of 30 denial letters. (evidently each time I clicked it I got a letter)  Probably $8 in postage or more.  lol.

Just called in for a recon and got nowhere.  The guy was clueless.  then at the end off the call he tried to sell me the credit report thing.
