I can't read.  I guess GLA is the collection company.

LOL! I was wondering what you meant by that. Yes, GLA is the collection company and they are terribly stubborn and refuse to budge. However, I haven't really bombarded them w/ PFD's like I am planning to start once finals are over...

dw and I both have the Citi Plat with only a $500 cl.  Does anyone know how long it takes to convert or receive a cli? We both have had the cards since 1st of August (this year), we use & pif each month.  Any info is greatly appreciated.

To convert: Call the 800# back of the card, they will ask you what you want to convert  it to.. most are possible, some are not, call and ask.

To request CLI you can either call, or click on increase my credit limit from Account Management screen - and selecting it off "Maintainence" drop-down menu..

both should recieve some CLI !! with good payment history
