CITI Cards

Between the CITI TYP and CITI HiltonHonors or CITI AA Platinum.

What would be the best card among the 3? Thanks

Citi AA for the bonus and then free checked bag... I think the value on the TYP are not good and same with Hilton beyond bonus maybe.

but think it's hard to make the AA worth it for a daily use card unless you travel overseas.

Re: CITI Cards

For me the only one I am interested in is the HHonors card. But I stay at Hilton properties often so it makes sense for me.

Re: CITI Cards

Although its not one of the ones you mentioned, I would say that Citi Dividend is their only card with the best rewards

Discover IT $2,600- First Premier MasterCard $1,000- Dillards Store Card $300- Fingerhut Advantage $200

Re: CITI Cards

unless you are going to redeem thank you points for gift cards.  They seem to be pretty worthless.  Statement credit only gets you about 50 cents per point.   Making the 2x dining and entertainment category equal to only 1% cash back...

Credit Scores: Equifax - 744 (Oct FICO) | Experian 736(Oct Fico) | Transunion - 755(Oct Fico)

Credit Lines: Diners Club 20k | Penfed Plat Rewards 7k | SDFCU 5k | Amex BCE - 10.5k | Chase Freedom 4.5k | CSP - 10.6k | Discover IT - 9k | Sallie Mae 3.8k | BofA 123 - 4.9k | CITI Double Cash 9.1k | Total Rewards 3.25k

Re: CITI Cards

ended with the CITI Hilton Honors no AF.

I just wanted to get a basic no annual fee card that makes more bang for the inquiry.

Thanks All!

Mortgage/Student loan redemptions (which don't need either a mortgage or a student loan) work fine at 1c per point.

Re: CITI Cards

I would advise anybody remotely thinking of the Citi AAdvantage card to take into consideration American's massive devaluation of reward travel. Partner awards havent been changed yet but that will be the next shoe to drop.
