I wouldnt fret. My CLI took about a week.  Well worth the wait.  And they do counter offer as well, as I asked for 15 and was offered 10.

The original balance was $3,700. Also, they pulled Experian rather than EQ which I was a bit bummed about. That cost me 4 points. All in all they didn't have to give me anything so I'm grateful for anything!
