Do you have any BK in your profile? What about old late payment on other accounts? Any derogatories (could be old)?
This is the reason I closed mine after 18 months of not graduating. Screw Citi and their 300 Credit Limit

No BK, I do have 2 derogatories; 1 is an old car insurance bill for a past-due payment $250 from 2015 and the other a CapitalOne debt of $300 from 2016 this happened during a time in which i lost my job i did have a few others but i've paid them off.
Thanks for the reply. It looks like citi only likes pristine profiles which in my opinion does not make sense for a card like this.
I am 68 days from my maturity date. I have yet to receive any letter stating anything. I have paid a total of $2.87 in interest this year and $0.00 in fees at the time of this post. I paid no interest in 2020, but paid $50.00 in fees based on my December 2020 statement. My statement cuts on the 8th of July which will have a balance of $150.00 on a $200.00 limit. Not sure what my outcome will be, but I will keep you all updated. My FICO scores are in the low 600s. In the Citi app is shows FICO 612 based on Equifax data as of 06/22/2021. Account is due to mature in September.
I'm in the exact same boat. I've had my Citi Diamond secured card for over a year and a half (since December of 2019) and they refused to graduate me as well. Just like you, I have a spotless payment history, never been late, rarely use the card, and always keep either a very low or zero balance on the card. My FICO scores are also all above 700. I got a letter about a month ago from Citi saying that they will not be graduating me to an unsecured card and will "reevaluate" me in a year. To say that I'm frustrated and annoyed is an understatement. My credit scores are drastically higher than they were when I first got this card and I have worked extremely hard to clean up my credit reports, take care of collection accounts to have them deleted, and have multiple credit cards and an auto loan all with a perfect payment history.
Capital One had no problems graduating me from my secured card to the QuickSilver card, so I have no idea what Citi's deal is. I did contact them a couple of weeks ago and asked for an explanation as to why they were not graduating me, but I couldn't get a clear or solid answer. They essentially just said that their decision is final and that they will reconsider graduating me next year. I decided to hang onto the card for another year and allow Citi one more opportunity to graduate me, but if they don't, I will cancel my card and leave Citi in the dust. Very frustrating.
