Well I already closed the account but thanks for the advice anyway. This is the only bank I have had issues with. All my other banks treat me well haha

I wouldn't recommend closing on them so closely. It could be something on their part, I would reach out to the EO dept. to have them review and see whats going on. Citi might not be the best service wise but they aren't too shabby. Just have to work a bit with them overtime.
