CIti Diamond Preferred Pre Approval

First one in a while(from any bank) its been a few weeks 

they offered me 0% bt for 9 months and a 19.99 variable rate after that. 

anyone else has expierience with citi pre approvals? 

im not planning on apping, but it feels nice to be wanted again. 

my newest inquries are creeping up on 8 months.

I don't really consider anything i've ever gotten from Citi a "preapproval", more like a mailing list type offer.

i have been getting these too!

but i am only interested in their thank you preferred / premium.

i doubt i will apply however because citi is just too unpredictable on whether i will get approved or denied.

Citi pulls EX as well, right?

citi sends me stuff all the time for thank you and simplicity. I'd be interested in the diamond preferred if it was a visa siggy

this pre approval was for a citi diamond preferred. (ermmm mailing) 

i have a card that has a 5k limit so its possible

i have gotten discover pre approvals (it) and i already have a chase freedom.  looking to make that into a siggy though.
