CLI Backdoor numbers (trying to compile for all cards)...

Would it be possible to compile them in one place?

These are a couple I have seen...
Capital One: 1-877-513-9959 (hat tip to Bren39) OR 1-800-889-9939 (hat tip to Timothy)
Juniper: 1-302-622-8990 (hat tip to SylviaTob)
Orchard Bank: 1-888-385-8916 (hat tip to pattycake)

"PLEASE ADD" any you can think of...or correct ones that I have...

Thanks...

At the risk of sounding ignorant, I have two questions:

- what does back-door mean in this context?
- what does hat tip mean?

Backdoor number = a phone number connecting directly to someone with the authority to grant the CLI request, bypassing the frontline customer service agents who answer the phones at the main customer service number.  Often a backdoor number is a direct line to the CC company's retention department, whose job it is to offer incentives to convince customers not to cancel their cards.

I believe "hat tip" in this context is an acknowledgement of a member's contribution of the number to the list.

Gosh cheddar, what an excellent definition of the term 'back door number'! Smiley Happy

Chum, there ARE no ignorant questions here. This is a forum to share information and ideas. I'm glad you asked. Now, the other people who did not know either.....now know also. Smiley Happy

Not to be confused with the 'hat trick' in hockey, or 'Cat in the Hat' from Dr. Seuss. Smiley Happy
