Hello.
after you log-in, look for the tab "Services", then click "More".
You should see "Request Credit Line Increase" right there to the left column.
You can call and ask, and after they turn you down, you can message them on facebook and explain your reason of contacting them on facebook and they usually respond and ask you for contact info and then few days later a E.O will call you and ask you some information about how much you want and if you are willing to settle for less
you can say yes or no but that's up to you
that's how I got my Upgrade and CLI, They couldnt remove the AF on my cards but they gave me a slight CLI
which reminds me again that i need to be contacting Cap one on facebook again soon
same thing happened to me. but i received an email next day stating my limit was increased.
lets hope it gets you the good news too.
CapOne can be very strange about CLI's. If you request the CLI and it gives you a 7-10 message, you are most likely declined (although there are exceptions). If you're paperless, you will get the reason why in your account usually within 24 hours.
If your account is eligible for a CLI, it always seems to happen instantly after you hit submit on the CLI page. However, CapOne seems to be incredibly stingy when you initiate the increase (if its even approved in the first place). I got a stingy $500 CLI awhile back on a very old CapOne card I got when I had no credit. The CLI made no sense because my credit had been excellent for over a year prior to the CLI request. At the time of the CLI, I already had several cards with limits of at least 5x more (including a different CapOne product).
With that said, they do occasionally seem to hand out very generous automatic CLI's. My father had a $300 CC for nearly three years with them. He always has a 90%+ utilization, but pays 3x the minimum every month. Today, he received a letter which notified him that he was eligible for a $1,500 increase (aka a 6x CLI).
Good luck!
I hit the LUV Button last week and got a 2X CLI (soft pull).
Limit went from $2k to $4k on my QuickSilver One.
CapitalOne has always treated me very well. This is my 2nd CLI with them for this card, all in under 2 years.

I got my 1st cli via EO for 500, asked for 4K.
Started with 500 11/13, with credit step bumped to 1500 after 5 months and stayed there until this month when I requested cli via EO.
