Navy does not do experian. I recommended you pull equifax and see the damage lol. They pull equifax for credit card accounts and occasionally transunion for other types of loans
+1 on that. I've applied for a membership (HP on TU and EQ), refinanced my car, applied for a joint card, as well as individual cards, and OLC...all pull on TU and EQ, no EX.
So, always good to check EQ and TU before apping with them. Thankfully, those are my two best reports : ).
On a side note, I thought we'd get approved for me on the credit cards. We got approved for $7k (joint card), with 80k in income, and my wifes scores are about 710-715 and mine (TU and EQ) are about 679, respectively. Of course, not a "bad" line, but we also have a BoA with $9,800 limit, so thought it would've been say in the $10 - $15k range. Oh well. We still plan on buying a house, et al. with them so all things considered can't really complain at all with them ![]()
I signed up for membership a couple of days ago and immediately app'd for the signature visa and there were 2 hard pulls on TU from NFCU and NFCCredit. Approved for signature visa with CL of $16000.
