Thank you @AllZero. I closed 2 Credit One accounts last year, totalling $3500 on both cards, so I'm trying to get that lost amount by getting CLI on my 2 Citi Cards.

Congratulations on your CLI! Also congrats on canceling Credit One accounts. 👏

Thank you Cybersam. It's been quite the journey. I cringed every time I had to use a Credit One card when paying for things at a store or restaurant. However, they served their purpose and I'm forever grateful for the opportunity they afforded me.

Hello All,

I requested a CLI for my Citi DC and was instantly approved for a $1500 increase. That account was opened on 1/22. However I requested another CLI for my Citi AAD and was not approved. I failed to realize, I opened that account on 2/18 so it wasn't quite 6 months, so I'm a little worried with any inquiries or red flags, especially in the economic environment.  Will my CR get penalized for this? Is there any type of fall out? Per the Customer Service rep, the system only uses Soft Pulls. Please advise.

"Will my CR get penalized for this? Is there any type of fall out?" answer is simple "NO"

Congrats on your CLI .. Asking early will not affect you.. always has been "SP" for me.

Thank you. In these economic times, I'm trying to "Stay off the Radar" so to speak.

Upon further review, I requested a a CLI for my Citi AAD after only 2 months or so, and Citi did a hard pull(Equifax). Ticked me off.
