Hey everyone! I just wanted to let you all know that I just got an auto $200 CLI from HSBC! I've had their Platinum Mastercard since November of 2009 with a $500 limit. I just logged into my account and noticed that it went up to $700! I'm completely ecstatic since I've been trying to rebuild my credit for the past year. Hopefully I'll have more luck in the future!
Congreats on the cli.
I got that card last november aswell with a initial CL of 1050. No sign of CLI here though.
Awesome. Congrats!
I got the $200 auto cli last month too! Was super surprised because it happened mid-statement cycle and they'd not too long before turned me down for a cli request. I've been with them since April 2009 with a $300 limit. Received a $400 cli using the back door number in January, and then the auto cli last month. Now at $900. Not bad for a rebuilder that people say doesn't grow with you!
I you don't mind me asking danlaxx1 and hollywdredd, when did your statements close?
My statements close on the 3rd, but this happened randomly during the cycle.
Congrats!!!
I've had a HSBC card for YEARS now and haven't seen an increase... Sigh... Maybe it'll be my turn one day.
I ask for one sat. and got a flat no., been with them since 07 and still a $500, I think im going to close them at the end of this yr.....
I received an email congratulating me on my increase, so I logged onto my account and got a $200 increase. I got my card in January.

On the same boat with you... I have two cards, both from 2007, both with minimal utilization, one CL at $900, the other CL $2000 and never had an auto-CLI. The only (note only is underlined) reason why I am still keeping them is because both do not have an AF. I only charge a pack of gum (25 cents) on each card per month to keep the history going...
