Whats the best way to request a CLI on this card; do I have to call? I've scoured the web site and don't see a 'request cli" button anywhere. Account opened 1 year this month, initial CL $3.2k, no lates, no exceeding cl. Also, is it a hard or soft pull?

From what I've read around here you have to call in to their automated line to request a CLI. It's a soft pull and they recommend that you request three times your current CL. Good luck!
There is a button on the website gosh I wish I could get to it right now and tell you where to go. If no one else has replied to this later on I'll double check where it is and walk you though it!
I did it on the automated line for 3X and it was instant. If not ,it will deny and you could speak to the backoffice about a recon.

So it doesn't counter-offer sometimes with a lower limit??

AFAAIK, the automated system doesnt counter; others can chime in

Well when I call the automated system and ask for a CLI, the computer wants to transfer me to a rep . . . that makes me nervous so I hung up. Thoughts ?

Go to profile and preferences and select more options. Under account management there should be an option to manage credit limit. If you are eligible you can request a cli online. That is what i did.

Transfer avail credit to another card
Check balance transfer status
Check spending availability
Check recent declines
