I have the BCE and the Delta Gold. Last night I requested a CLI on my BCE. Went from 6K to 11.8K. Can I request one for my Delta Gold or do I have to wait for 180 days?

Consensus over in The Definitive Amex 3X CLI Guide Discussion Thread (all 93 pages of it - so far) is that you can only get one CLI approved every 180 days. Denials, you can try again in 90 days.

Only 1 account can be increased at a time so you will have to wait 6months
