I'm just wondering how I should go about CLI's with a new WFNNB account I have with Express. I'm just kinda planning the year ahead....
I also want to make sure that they are done through SP's too!
Thanks all.
You can request an increase online when you log into your account which are always soft pulls. I believe you have to wait 4-6 months to request one if im not mistaken or you will get the "you do not qualify at this time" letter.
Yea I haven't found any backdoor numbers to call. I tried one of my cards at the 6 month mark and I got a letter saying that my account is not eligible for a CLI. Even though I PIF each time I used it. I'm not too happy with them but I will keep them open to see how they do at the one year mark. But I have some pretty low limits with them like $150 for The Avenue and $300 Catherines. What's ironic is that I have Victoria's secret and Woman Within both for $750. All of these were opened using the shopping cart trick so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. But I have other CCs that are 50 times the amount of my lowest WFNNB, which is now Commenity, cards.

I was told 9 months on my account yesterday.
Guess it depends on the situation. I have 3 wfnnb accounts opened up December of last year and received 2 increases on each.
Kingsize started at 250----450----650
Woman within 250----450----650
Victoria secret opened in march at 500, increased to 640 in July and last month to 940
All soft pulls requested by me thru the website.
WFFNB has always been VERY slow in the beginning and 9 months sounds about right... After that it was fast and never had to ask!
and unlike most banks I have delt with, I have had WFFNB (Express) especially get a couple CLI almost back to back because the account was at limit before the increases.

Really...this is interesting to know. My CL is $1,000 right now so I doubt I'll actually ever charge that much, but of course, I wouldn't mind more CL so I wouldn't have to worry about UTIL much.
They have the button available on the website already...asks for Annual income. I guess I'll try at 6 months and see how it goes.
They increased mine automatically.....No request from me!!!
