I have a question, when you hit the LUV button on the chase website and it says will let you know in four hours, how do you find out besides going on the site... Do they send you an email or something?

they send an e-mail and you log into the secure email on chase site for results.

I did that yesterday but they said no. They sent me an email about two hours later.


They are really annoying me too. If/When I get a Navy Fed card I'm sock drawering my Chase card, I'd close it but it's my oldest open card.

i called the number in the decline secure message and went from 500 to 5k on recon. it's a starbucks visa that started out as a 200 bp store card about a year ago.
