Hey all-
So I had a First Equity account, but when they changed the terms on me, I sent them a letter cancelling the account, and returned the cut up card with it. The problem I now face is that they're still sending me "convenience checks" to access my credit line.
I called the number they give, but it asks for the account # which I no longer have, and I can't get past the automated menu to speak to someone. Anyone know how I can get a live body over at First Equity????
