Just got my CSP and called to activate. I was on another call, expected an automated system, but of course it is a human. She asked me if the CL was enough. Is I had said no, do they do a HP or is this point to get more?
She asked you if $32K was enough?

I wanted an automated system - I actually had to wait a while to get connected to a person. Could have done it easier and quicker punching in a couple of numbers. Other times talking to a real person is nicer, of course.
I also wanted an automated system (since I was on another call!) I made sure I was calling from my home phone, and was half listening, expecting "please enter your credit card number" before realizing someone was talking. She wanted to go over the benefits etc.

Yes. "I see you have been give a line of 32 thousand. Is that enough for your needs?" For me, it is (CVS doesn't have THAT many vanilla reloads), for others it might not be, and I didn't want to take the chance of a HP for something I don't need.
You always get a human for CSP customer service. 24X7
When I got my CSP I asked for a small CLI (mine is nowhere in the neighborhood of $32k) and they said it would be another hard pull, initially I said no, but then agreed. I app'd for CSP and AMEX BCP the same day, even though Chase said it would be a 2nd hard pull, all of my credit monitoring shows that I only had 2 hard inq's total, one from chase, one from AMEX. Nice limit on your CSP, I know you will enjoy the benefits.
