Hi guys,
I got recently the CSP card and was wondering how I can reach out to their concierge service.
Do I simply call the number on the back of the card? Do I need to register somewhere?
Thanks,
gercredit
As far as I know, Chase doesn't offer concierge for the CSP. Concierge is provided by Visa directly. Correct me if I am wrong.
This is the number printed on the back of my card : Visa Signature Concierge 1-800-953-7392

Is that from a CSP? I have a CSP and Freedom, they only have Chase customer service numbers on them. My AU US Bank Visa Signature has the concierge number on it. Are Chase Visa Signature cards eligible for the concierge service?

All chase visa sigs are eligible for Visa signature concierge. You can register and create a card profile by calling Visa signature Concierge and they'll set it up in just a few minutes. You can find the visa sig concierge number by googling "visa signature concierge." they have their own website. You can even submit requests through it, but they will call you if you don't have a card profile set up.
Only certain cards are eligible for concierge service through JP Morgan, and the only two I know of are the Palladium and the Ritz. Feel free to add to the list if anyone knows about any I don't know about.
ritz has a specific concierge number, if you want it pm me
