^ Haha, these threads have potential to go off track really, really fast. Anyway, @OP - congrats on getting the CSP. It's on my wish list also. Perhaps sometimes next year after I get back from my trip to Thailand... ![]()
Congrats....oh boy...is this hard to read all these success stories on CSP...best exercise for training my self discipline ...LOL
I love my CSP! Sometimes I just take it out and look at it for no reason, lol
The CSP is a good card, but the aesthetics are definitely overrated on this board. After a couple weeks of regular use, the CSP will look like crap due to all the scratches. Also, it's heaver than a regular card, but in no way "heavy."
A wise man once said, "The CSP is a card for mere mortals, just like any other."

A wise man would also understand that both aesthetics and overrated are highly subjective matters.
Btw@ snowkitty, my due date says 12/10/2013, which I find odd considering that Ill have a balance on it for the 11/10/12 due date that isn't there. Maybe it's so prime that they just give you two months to begin with LOL...
The inq reported already, but the account hasn't. I think it's funny how some cards report IMMEDIATELY, then some- like Discover/Amex- take two dang months to report! Lol
I'm def okay w that though :-)
Keep a watch on that date.....mine has changed 3 times this week. It started with a December date as well, then moved to Oct. 4 and now it's at next stament cut date 10/18. I wish it would make a decision! *lol* I want to put some stuff on there but I have to know when it's going to really cut first. ![]()
Also, is is Chase that won't let you make more than one payment in the first month you have the card? I remember one cc place being that way but now I can't remember who it was.

Me too, I took it out yesterday, had a rag & Windex to see if i can make it shiny, but i ended up not. I figured I mine as well order a replacement card everytime if I want a shiny one again!

Ha! I'm glad I wasn't the only one with the same problem. My due date was on the 27th, but the closing date kept changing to Oct. 12th, 16th, 6th, and 2nd. Make up your mind! I ended up calling the CSR and she said that the statement cuts on the 2nd every month. And it sure is, my UR points updated on the 2nd but still no report on the CRAs. I sent them a PM yesterday and they're gonna get back to me by today when it is gonna start reporting, so i'll keep you guys posted.
