Due Date is the 12th of the month, but nowhere on the website can I find the Statement Date.
Can anyone advise when the Statement Date is, relative to the Due Date?

If on desktop mode, go to Things you can do (upper right corner), click on Account details, then you'll see the Next Closing date displayed on that page.
Thanks. I believe that I'm in desktop mode (I'm not on a phone or tablet), but I don't see that Things You Can Do dropdown -- possibly because I've just got the one account? I've investigate all the settings I can find, but no luck.

I had the same issue. Call CSR to ask when Statement date is.
It will ALWAYS be on that date going forward.
IME, the great majority of my Chase CCs, the closing/statement date is usually 3 days after the due date. Only 2 of them vary from 4-5 days.

Phoned the rep. Yes indeed - 3 days after the due date.
(Makes no sense to me that that info wasn't on the site.)

Interesting. Maybe others can chime in whether it's possibly due to being a new account on your profile? I've ran out of new Chase CCs to test this scenario :-D
I have the CSP also with the due date on the 12th. Statement date is 15th of each month.
Lots of things don't make sense in terms of Chase not having things on their site.
Case in point, they are the largest bank in the country, yet the only one that I'm a part of out of 7 total that doesn't have an online chat feature. Online chat is just about standard protocol and a minimum expectation these days; even small CUs have it. But not Chase.
Chase cannot be bothered by mere mortals ...I always imagine them singing " I'm to sexy for this shirt" in their corporate HQ.
