CSP..... now or wait?

I don't see you being denied either way, but I say go for it while the history is at its temporary max! I was instsanly approved with 1 other 5k limit (Amex BCE has not hit reports yet) and a shade under a year and a half average account age. Decent history with Chase, but no where near yours. Worst case you would be an easy recon case

I've decided to wait. I have to go with my heart and just wait it out. It'll be a better app in a year or so. I don't need a CSP. I want it dearly but I have more available credit than I could ever use and need.  I hope the AF don't go up and the sign up bonus stays the same or gets better. When I called US Bank recently, they said I was preapproved for the Cash+ card. I may bite on that in October and go for CSP 6 months from then since US Bank is a TU puller here in KY and Chase is very likely to hit EX now.  I genuinely thank everyone who replied.

not a bad plan at all. If I had the ability to grab the cash+ that would have been my pick over the CSP as well. best of luck!

I understand, and you made the right decision for you! It will make it all the more gratifying when you get it next year!
