Hey guys..
I'm on cloud nine right now cause i just got a 5k approval for the Gold Delta Skymiles Card for 5k. My question is: with the info in my siggy (very first card on 7/29/14, reported income 100k) when I hit the 6 month mark, will I qualify for a CSP?

Might as well try now since your dice are hot.
If they say no now, try in 6-8mos.
Have you checked Chase Prequalified offers link? They are pretty accurate.

No way to tell for sure. Do you know what your real scores are and not from CK? Also have you checked Chase's pre approval site. Your credit history is very limited right so there's a good chance that they will want to see more history first.

I dont have a FICO generated yet, but since i have 15k+ available redit and have been using it responsibly, i figured there may be a shot. I also have 10k in an account with them. so they know i've got some assets.

In my understanding, a cold app with <6 months of history and about 10k deposit with them will typically get you a Freedom only.
Best thing to do is to check Chase Prequal site. If any of the high-end cards are shown, you're good to go.
Id wait until the new card starts reporting.
I would also wait until the Delta Gold begins to report in a month, but since you're being patient.....
why don't you wait 2 months (61 days) to request 3x CLI to show Chase that you have a $15,000 limit from AmEx.
It's your call...by the way, congratulations!!!

Agreed. My first Amex was approved this month and I am just patiently reading and watching till after 3 months when I request the 3x CLI from Amex before getting the CSP although I bank with them. Best to wait....

Former does not determine the latter. Approvals are based on your credit and income -- not just the cards that you carry and their limits and X months.
If your first card was picked up in 7/2014 and you've added all those accounts I'd guess chances to be slim. However, the only way to find out for certain is to apply. We're not Chase underwriters so we can't guarantee anything one way or another.
