Yes you can product change from CSP to CSR... You will not get the sign up bonus again though....
Due to the CARD act Chase isn't permitted to allow this product change until you've held the CSP for a year.

Yes, absolutely after a year you can PC as long as your CL is at least $10k, which isn’t a problem for you. I recently upgraded mine.
Awesome, thanks for the help!
It takes like 3 minutes to take care of over the phone. The rep will remind you that there will be no SUB.
One thing to be aware of, if you have an AU on your CSP, is that the CSR has a $75 AF for each AU. The rep should also inform you and give you the option of either removing each AU or authorizing the additional fee(s). The AU on a CSR does not get all cardholder benefits either, for example they don't get their own Priority Pass account.

When did that change? CSR AUs don’t get their own Global Entry or $300 yearly travel credit, but they do get Priority Pass membership.
As far as the PP benefit, I know they reduced the number of guests to 2 per card holder but that was it. AUs get their own membership.
