Good advice above. I was a little concerned with your baddies and was going to suggest you open accounts to hedge your bets. I think that will help. Now checking for the preapprovals should be next step; if none, then hold off for awhile and let CO's age.
If the CO is scheduled to age off in June, 2020. You may be able to ask for it to be excluded early. The other option to look at would be to get one of the other Chase cards to get in the door with them, and build up your UR stash before getting the CSR.
Just an update---------- I was approved for the CSR SL $18,700 and 18.49% APR
I went to a chase branch, banker said I was pre approved and shows me the list of the cards , luckily the CSR was on the list. I asked to see the offer terms and it showed a single APR. I told her to pull the trigger and just told me I was approved with that SL. Very happy to finally be in the chase game.
I appreciate the advice.
Congrats! That's a great approval - enjoy and treat it well
