Yes, this has been the policy for at least a few months now. 30 days on new accounts. Every 6 months after that.

Ex wont update my CR lately. I even got another statement today from paid credit card showing a $0 balance that was paid over a month ago and EX still wont update. But EQ has which is weird since they are so slow.
Also on the topic of AMEX, if you hit the Luv button more than once in a 6 month period its an auto decline. This was what a rep told me today.
I just checked TC. They split my Amex TL so that TU and EX have 2 different account numbers.... BUT, there is no budget update. TU shows a "reported" date of 2/08. EX shows a reporting date of 01/08. still owe the same $800 on both. What kinda crap is that? The real balance is $0.

Hmmm - that might solve my problem of when to look at all three of my CRs!!If it were Amex upset at EX, I would have thought they would no longer use EX for credit decisionsIt's EX...their arrogance is legendary! LOL
