I just signed up for a checking account from Discover, and I'm trying to figure out how to get one login for both accounts. I already have a username and password for the Discover credit card, but it's not connected to the checking account yet. I called Discover, and they said that I have to create a separate account, but I know some folks on here say that they have one login for both. How do I fix this?
Last time I asked, you couldn't.

I have one login for both:
When I login I can choose if I want to go to a credit card or one of my checking or savings accounts.

How did you originally set it up? I called Discover and they told me I couldn't.
First I got the Discover it card a few months before. Then I got the bank account and 3 saving accounts at the same time. It asked me to login and I logged in with my credit card login and any time I login I now see the screen I showed you above. It gives you the option of where you want to go.
Email discover and show them this thread or the picture I sent you. If they tell you its not possible tell them that it is and that you want it this way.
For me it automatically combined my credit card and checking account into 1 login ID and password. Give them a call.

Contacted Discover Banking and Credit Cards (3;30pm CDT Friday, May 15, 2015) to connect my accounts. Discover Bank informed me that the Discover Cash Back Checking can be combined with a Discover Credit Card in one login. In the event a customer has Discover Personal Loans, Certificate of Deposits, Savings or other products a separate log in is presently required. Discover Bank did state there IT Division is working on a combined log in for the products offered by Discover Bank.
Yep. that is my issue. SInce I have CC/Checking/Savings/CD I have two logins. One for CC and one for the banking segment. It will be nice when they resolve.
I have two but it works out fine. Both passwords autosave good in my browser just hit the dropdown on the bookmarked login page and choose which I want to log in to. Android app has simple toggle and pin login for both cc or bank products. I was also told it wasn't possible. I had CC first. Opened my checking about 9 months ago. Just go with the two login it works good.
