Can't get past Comenity automated phone system

I have a Younkers card through Comenity with a pitiful limit (less than I spend in a single trip) so I wanted to try requesting a CLI.  I have had the card for 16 months so I shoud be eligible but there's no luv button for me online.

I tried calling the number but I can't get through to or past the automated system. It wants to know what I'm calling about.  I've tried "credit limit increase," "credit line increase," "increase my credit limit," and so on.  It says "I'm sorry I'm having trouble..." and asks me to repeat my problem, gives me examples, etc.  I figured after a few times of not understanding me it would at least give up and give me a customer care rep, since that is what happened in the past - but that didn't happen either.

I eventually started trying "customer care," "talk to a person," "representative," all that. None of it worked. Tried internet suggestions for automated systems like hitting the pound key, no success.  Tried just being silent.  Didn't work.

When my call hit 18 minutes I gave up.  I can't get past the damn automated system and if they haven't given me a person after 18 minutes I don't know how much longer I should wait, ha!

Does anyone have a different number I could try, or know the trick to getting past their system (or getting it to understand me!?)

Is there any discount in particular you enjoy from this retailer?

It has rewards - stuff like cards in the mail for $20 off my purchase.  I buy almost all of my clothing, SO's clothing and quite a lot of household stuff there and spend thousands every year so those savings add up!

There's a number in the backdoor sticky. When I called it I think it went straight to a human.
