Will Discover allow you to have both cards? Will they make you transfer part of your CL from one to the other?

Yes, you can have both.
Will they make you transfer part of your CL? I'm going with no on this one.

Only issue is you would have two separate login accounts for the cards.

As others have said, you can.

But...you have to have two separate logins. Like a Wookie on Endor, it does not make sense.

You should be able to have IT and Miles. (I have IT and an old More for $1500 x 2 each quarter)

Whether you have to transfer some of your credit may depend on your profile and usage - I had to split the credit line to get the second card.
