Cap 1 CLI Question

I have heard that heavy usage persuades cap 1 to give you bigger cli.

I have also heard someone say that they charged thousands and only received small cli while their girlfriend charged very little and received a $3000 cli.

I keep my utilization under 10% total. Or a zero balance.

What cli do you get from cap1 and how much usage did you have before the cli?

I have cap1 secured and cap1 quicksilver one.

I've gotten 4 clis in 6 statements but it didn't come by itself. Also I have spent a lot ($400 In rewards in 6 months)

I don't believe I'm the exception.. I think for newer accounts they will raise your limit as long as your spending can justify it.

My account just hit it 6th statement and I plan to hit the cli button every 3 months now.

I have never pif per say but have 5+payments a month just to pay my balance down because of my spending.

One month I had 12 payments..
