Cap 1 and the credit steps program

I just received the Cap 1 Cash Rewards (green card) with a $500 limit, how do I know if this card is in the credit steps program?  I looked at the information that was mailed with the card and I see nothing, and when I linked it to my current secured card online I also see nothing.  Any info would help, I figure I will get a better response on here rather than calling in to Cap1.

Re: Cap 1 and the credit steps program

Normally, you will receive another letter in the mail if you been enrolled in the credit steps program or not.  Usually within a few weeks after receiving your card. Thats the only way to know other than calling Cap One from what I know.

Re: Cap 1 and the credit steps program

Sign on to the Manage Credit Account Online site and look in your "Statements and Documents" area for a letter under the documents option. The letter might not show on your account page for a few weeks or until the first statement cuts, but "IF" you are in the credit steps program, you'll get a copy of the terms (form letter) online.

I think it may be sort of a good sign if you aren't enrolled Smiley Wink
