My husband's statement cut on the 26th and the cli happened on the 2nd.  Go figure.  I checked my account this morning hoping they just forgot about me yesterday---no luck.  At least I got my Target increase....Smiley Very Happy

Update!!!! NOPE!!!! As it turns out, there's a CLI option when you dial the 800 # on the back of the card, "I had it anyway!!" I pressed 1 for the CLI and was DENIED flat, i mean as soon as my finger left the # 1 key, LOL!!!! Then i tried this # 1-800-889-9939 and was denied again??? The rep said, it's due to the economy, that i shouldn't take it personally. She said that my credit history with them is great, i should've gotten it, that i should try the CLI # option on the phone... Go figure??? After this i dont think i'll ever bother again with Cap1 when it comes to CLI!!!! It's a good thing she said it's a soft pull... "So they said!!!"

Telephone option for CLI's has been there for more than 9 years.  I don't think anyone ever get an instant CLI through the IVR system.
