Now I know Cap 1 pulls all 3 just wondering which one do they actually focus on? or they review with all 3 or just specific on each?

IIRC they focus on Equifax. 

Not 100% sure though, maybe others will know better than me.

they have no primary focus when it comes to applying for a new account. they all weigh the same to them.

when i got my first ever denial from them it was from info on each report rather big or small
