Easiest Cap1 is any of their rebuilder cards. They will pull all three, btw.
Cap1 pulled all three for me, I live in TX.
I got approved for this one @ 300 with the scores in my sig.

After reading other experiences, seems like some have had better luck than me.

$300. Cl credit steps will take it to $500. in nov. 18 months int free bla bla bla
I didn't get a Cap One. They check Tu with a score of 588 and still I was turned down. Both TU & EX is at 588 and both Cap One and Credit One turned me down.
