Cap One EO/FB Question

I have read quite a few posts on here about people emailing Cap One FB page asking questions and they get a phone call from someone to reply to their questions. Is this just the regular FB Page and just send a message or how does this work? Also I know quite a few people call Cap One EO directly, what phone number is it that is used(might have to be PM'ed, not sure). Also do you have to request to speak to someone or just talk to the operator/person who answers? Thanks everyone for your help, really new to the boards and learning a lot from everyone! THANK YOU ALL!! Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: Cap One EO/FB Question

Good Luck with them.  The longer your account is open the better they seem to be for helping you out.  I waited until after the 2 year mark.  My limit with them was originally $500 and they took it to $2,000 then in the second EO experience to $3,500.  On the third they gave me nothing due to new accounts being opened and inquiries, which is fine by me at the moment, since they did also give the Prime Cash Rewards Cards in the same EO excursion on a recon for it.

It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.....
Always follow these rules: Only take a HP for a new account. Always use the best rewards card for that reward category. Don't close a card unless you know you really should. Never use more than 35% of a credit limit. Recon as much and as best you can. Use the introductory period to the best advantage. Get the signup bonus. Whenever possible PIF or balance transfer so you pay less in interest. Never give an excellent rating when it is actually the norm. Always look for a discount as more is always better.
Always accept candy from strangers because they have the best candy or from people you know have good candy.
