I was able to call them and they were able to tell me the statement closing date.. Try that..
Nevermind! I missunderstood the question.. ![]()

How long before the end date on my "billing cycle" does my Capital One statement cut?
My due date is the 13th of each month. Usually 4-5 days later (usually by the 17th) the statement is cut. But as suggested before, you can call and they can tell you the date if you need to be exact.

You can log into the website ask the rep on chat.
Mine due date is 7th every month and statement closed on the 10th

So if I PIF the week before the due date It should report with a 0 balance?
Provided that you don't use the card until the statement cuts, yes. I PIF my capital one on or just before the due date. Then I don't use the card until when I log in to my online account and see the "Next Payment Due Date" is.... X/13/2014 where the X is the next month. This way it has been reporting a $0 each time.

And don't forget that you can also change your cut date.
From the web site, go to Services > Change payment due date.
