Haven't been able to access Cap One's website on my computer to check my 3 CC accts. and my checking acct. since early Sunday on my computer--it gives a error 500 message. But I was barely able to get it on my phone. Anyone else?
Nope. I think the problem is on your end. I was on their site last night with no issues and just logged in right now when I saw your post and had no issues getting in.

Someone else reported the same yesterday. I'm able to log on fine. Have you tried a different browser?
Tried Internet Exploere--which I rarely use...same problem.
Cap-1 is doing a redesign/update to their websites and it's been a mess for a few days. I could not log on to my GM Card over the weekend, nor could I make a payment. Today I could get to the "rewards" section (GM card) but when I went to the actual account section it looped me to the Cap-1 site which now shows my GM card as a WEMC account along with my checking account. When I clicked on the WEMC account to make a payment it looped back to the GM MC site, repeat = same thing.
Cap-1 had a notice on the GM site say "watch for our new improved (sic) site soon - doesn't seem much "improved" as of yet. Good thing I pay more than once a month and my next required payment is not until October 17th
I re-enrolled and everything works fine now - the Cap-1 site is very much "new" and I have full access to my GM BuyPower account through the main site - best guess is other cap-1 backed accounts like Kohls will follow suit.
