So I called EO last week to PC my Journey to a QS. They called back today and said they couldn't do it at this time, but to call back in 6 months and try again. I just logged on to my Cap One account and it changed the picture of my Cap One Journey account to a QS. Does that mean they DID PC it after all??? I'm kind of confused lol.

Easiest thing to do would be to look in online documents for a letter that says "account change request".... Or do a chat online and ask a rep.
I'll get on chat and ask them. Everything changed to QS. It now says my rewards are 1.5% instead of 1.25% and everything else shows QS. No online documents though.
Just got off chat and they confirmed that it was upgraded to a QS today and they new card will arrive within 7-10 days. LOL EO told me I was denied... I don't get it...
