Cap on Venture approval

I just signed up for this. Was wondering how hard it is to get approval for venture card by cap one. I only want it for the gobal TSA credit. I'm leaving the country for vacation in July. I have a platinum and quicksilver with cap one. My AAoA is 1 year 1 month. My fico scores range from 732 experian to 750 transunion. I did recently get the citi premier and marriot bonvoy buisness amex. I have an amex gold, discover it, hilton amex, citi dc, and 2 other business cards with amex. Is this to many inquiries for cap one venture? Or maybe I don't have enough history. My girlfriend had the card but she has like 2.5 yrs AAoA. And she only has 2 cards.

@startingfromscratch I did the prequalfiy when I got my other cap one card and it didn't say anything. I applied anyway and was approved. But now I don't want to risk it. I have alot of inquiries the last 2 yrs.

How many inquiries total do you have in the last 24 months and how many in the last 12 months? Are all of these cards less than 24 months old?

@Tigereyes I have 11 inquiries in the last 24 months. 7 in the last 12 months. Every time I did prequaified stuff it shows me nothing. Then I apply and I get instant approval. I just opened a Citi premier and preapproval said no offers but I was approved with 8k limit. I don't want to waste a hard pull.

In that case, I would say wait on the Venture card. Capital One is known for being quite stingy. Some banks are inquiry sensitive. Citi is known for this and probably Capital One as well since they are the only ones I can name that do a triple hard pull.

Honestly if all you want it for is the Global/TSA credit, just FYI... I signed up for Global Entry via my Cap1 Venture in mid-Jan this year and it has yet to be approved. Gov employees were of course furloughed earlier this year so I’m sure they are super backed up. Especially given the awareness most CC offers have given this nice perk for the past few months — I’m sure lots of folks have applied.
