Cap one luv button bs

I'm wondering if anyone knows what score model cap one uses. I got my fico 08 in January 2 times. It was 721 and 724. Cap one love button denied me a CLI starting my score is not high enough. Says my score pulled on 1-5-16 was 646. How is this possible?

FICO TU 757 Eq 741 116,900 Total revolving Credit.
Favorite cards: AMEX BCP, US Bank Cash+, Chase Sapphire Prefered

when i push love button while i have low utility on their cards, they decline me for not use enough current credit line. when i have high utility, they said i do not make large enough payment towards balance.

I think I'll cancel paperless and start hitting the button daily.

+1 Exactly why my Venture and QS will both be closed during my next round of thinning the herd. Even Barclays doesn't give me the BS that Cap-1 does and I actually bank with Cap-1 (in addition to DCU) so they know or could know, exactly how much cash I have in and run through my accounts - there is NO excuse in my book for the BS I get from Cap-1. (note I used to be one of their biggest defenders, not anymore).

If you get a CLI via cap 1 luv button does the system deny you for the next six months or you can get another one at any time?

Only can get one every 6 months

IIRC, if the CLI gets approved then you would have to wait 6 months. From what I've read, if you try again within that period it will likely auto-decline and you'll get a letter that states you've been recently granted a CLI in the last 6 months.

I don't know what model they use but the letter I received says my score is 692 out of ( 250 - 850 scoring system ). what ever that means....
