No, it's not like an elusive or secret "button" where cupid comes out shoots an arrow and ta-da!  CLI granted.   People interchangeably use the "love button" meme to mean using the online link to request a credit line increase.

Yea, it's really not a button. It's technically a link but for whatever reason, people like referring to it as a button.
