Cap one secure CLI

My first cc ever, got it in march then 3 days later got approved for a freedom.

Anyway, deppsited 200, my limit was 351. I used it a few times and then I never used it again.
Log in today and found out they gave me 300 cli.

Why?? Wth! Haha who cares, I will be closing the card before the af hits.
